Sibling Rivalry- Jordan Staal vs. Eric Staal

The 2009 NHL Playoffs have really heated up in this third round.  In the Western Conference, the Chicago Blackhawks battle it out with, defending champs, the Detroit Red Wings.  Even more interesting, there is a little sibling rivalry happening in the fight for champion of the Eastern Conference.  The Pittsburgh Penguins and the Carolina Hurricanes each have a Staal brother on their team.

The Alternate Captain of the Carolina Hurricanes is oldest brother Eric Staal, while the Pittsburgh Penguins have younger brother Jordan Staal, who is not even 21 yet.  The two hockey stars will have to put their family ties aside as they battle for a spot in the Stanley Cup.

Currently the Pittsburgh Penguins lead the series 3-0, and might possibly sweep the Hurricanes after Tuesday's match up in Carolina.
